Give your institutional customers a store they can order from themselves
Publish your products and project kits in a branded catalogue on your own domain. Customers search, filter by class and medium, see exactly which components a kit contains, and place orders against a purchase order — while you manage every order from BizOps360.
Suppliers of educational and technical products — such as robotics, STEM and lab kits — that sell to schools and institutions on purchase orders.
Key benefits
- Customers find the right product themselves: Customers phone or email to ask what you sell and what suits their class or curriculum. A searchable catalogue with categories, sub-categories, class levels and mediums, with autocomplete as they type. Fewer “what do you have for Class 8?” calls.
- Kit contents calculated for you: Working out the components and quantities in a project kit is slow and easy to get wrong. Define a project once with its components. The bill of materials is calculated automatically and shown to the customer. Accurate quotes and orders without manual arithmetic.
- Orders that match how institutions buy: Schools and institutions order on purchase orders, not with a card at checkout. Customers place orders with a purchase order number and notes. Payment is settled outside the store, as with your current process. Online ordering without changing how you get paid.
- Order status without the follow-up calls: Customers call to ask whether their order was received and when it will arrive. Each customer login has its own order history and status. You update the status from the admin side. Customers can check progress themselves.
