Run WhatsApp campaigns and conversations from one team inbox
Connect your WhatsApp Business number through Meta’s official Cloud API, build and submit message templates, send campaigns to imported lists, and answer customer replies together — with delivery status and failure reasons for every message.
Businesses that already talk to customers on WhatsApp and want to do it as a team, at scale, without unofficial tools that risk the number being blocked.
Key benefits
- Official API, not a workaround: Browser extensions and QR-code tools break WhatsApp’s terms and can get a business number banned. BizOps360 connects only through Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API, using “Connect with Facebook” or your own credentials. Your number and your customer relationships stay safe.
- Reach a whole list in minutes: Messaging hundreds of customers one by one takes days and is error-prone. Import recipients from CSV or Excel, map template variables to columns, and send now or on a schedule. Messages are queued and rate-limited automatically. Reminders and announcements reach everyone on time.
- Replies don’t get lost on one phone: When customers reply, only whoever holds the phone can see and answer. A shared inbox shows every conversation with unread counts. Reply freely inside the 24-hour window, or with an approved template after it closes. Any team member can pick up a conversation and answer quickly.
- Know why a message failed: With bulk tools you rarely know who actually received a message, or why some did not. Each message shows sent, delivered, read or failed, with Meta’s own error code, a plain-language reason and a recommended action. Failed recipients can be retried. You fix the real problem instead of resending blindly.
- Setup problems found before they cost you: Expired tokens, missing permissions or billing issues on the Meta side silently stop messages. Connection diagnostics check the token, phone number, business account, permissions, webhook subscription and Meta’s health status, and you can send a test message. Issues are visible on day one, not after a campaign fails.

How it works
- Connect your number: Use “Connect with Facebook” or paste your Meta credentials. Diagnostics confirm everything is ready.
- Create or sync templates: Build templates in BizOps360 and submit them to Meta, or sync the ones you already have approved.
- Import recipients and send: Upload a list, map variables, preview the result and send now or on a schedule.
- Track and follow up: Watch delivery and read status, retry failures and answer replies from the shared inbox.
Pricing
WhatsApp is enabled per workspace and uses your own WhatsApp Business account.
Meta charges for business-initiated WhatsApp messages separately and bills them directly to your own WhatsApp Business account.
BizOps360 can show an estimated message cost when your rate card is configured; Meta’s invoice is always the final amount.
WhatsApp FAQs
- Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account? You need a WhatsApp Business account on Meta’s Cloud API. If you don’t have one yet, “Connect with Facebook” walks you through creating it, and our setup guides cover each Meta screen step by step.
- Can I scan a QR code to connect my existing WhatsApp app? No. QR-code linking relies on unofficial tools that break WhatsApp’s terms and put your number at risk. BizOps360 uses only Meta’s official Cloud API.
- Who pays for the messages? Meta bills message charges directly to your own WhatsApp Business account. BizOps360 shows an estimate when your rates are configured, but Meta’s invoice is the final figure.
- Can my team reply to customers? Yes. The shared inbox lets permitted team members read and reply. Free-text replies work for 24 hours after the customer’s last message; after that you reply with an approved template, as WhatsApp requires.
- What happens when a message fails? The message is marked failed with Meta’s error code, a plain-language explanation and a recommended action. Where it makes sense, you can retry the failed recipients.
