Take complete control of your inventory
Manage products, stock levels, warehouses and stock movements in one central inventory management system. Every movement is recorded permanently, every warehouse shows what it holds, and stock value is visible only to the people you choose.
Businesses that hold physical stock in one or more locations — distributors, training providers with kits and materials, clinics with medicines and supplies — and want one reliable record of it.
Key benefits
- One central product catalogue: Product lists live in separate spreadsheets, with different names and codes for the same item. One catalogue per workspace with unique SKUs, an optional barcode, categories, brands and units of measure. Everyone refers to the same product by the same code.
- Stock by warehouse: Nobody is sure how much of an item is at each location. Set up as many warehouses as you need, with storage locations inside them, and see the on-hand and available quantity of each product per warehouse. A clear answer to “how many do we have, and where?”
- A stock history you can trust: Stock figures are edited by hand, so differences can never be traced back. Stock changes only through recorded movements. Movements are never edited or deleted — a mistake is corrected with a reversal that keeps a reason. Every figure can be traced to who changed it, when and why.
- Stock value without spreadsheets: Working out what the stock on the shelf is worth takes hours of manual calculation. Stock is valued with the moving weighted-average method for each product in each warehouse, calculated as movements are recorded. An up-to-date stock value whenever you need it.
- Cost figures only for the right people: Purchase prices and stock value are sensitive, but everyone who handles stock can see them. Viewing stock value, entering purchase prices and approving purchase orders are separate permissions, given to the roles you choose. Your team works with quantities; your finance team sees the money.
- Controlled purchasing: Purchase orders are raised on email or paper, without a clear approval step. Keep a supplier list and raise numbered purchase orders that go through approval — prices can be added by a different person from the one who drafted the order. Purchases are approved before suppliers are asked to deliver.

How it works
- Set up products: Add products with SKUs, categories and units, or start with a few key items.
- Set up warehouses: Create each warehouse and the storage locations inside it.
- Record opening stock: Enter the quantity and cost you hold today, for many products at once.
- Plan purchases: Raise purchase orders to suppliers and approve them before ordering.
- Check stock and history: See balances and value per warehouse, and trace every movement in the ledger.
Connected business modules
- Inventory + Healthcare (available now): Link an inventory product to a medicine in the Healthcare catalogue, so medicines and their stock refer to the same item.
- Inventory + Store (planned): Store keeps its storefront, customers, checkout and orders. Inventory is planned to become the stock authority for products linked to it.
- Inventory + Education (planned): Planned: physical kits and materials given to students drawn from Inventory stock.
- Inventory + Accounting (planned): Planned: purchases and stock value visible to your finance team in Accounting.

Inventory FAQs
- What is Inventory Management in BizOps360? It is the module where you keep your product catalogue, warehouses and stock. Stock changes only through recorded movements, so every balance can be traced, and stock is valued with the moving weighted-average method.
- Can I manage multiple warehouses? Yes. You can create as many warehouses as you need, each with its own storage locations, and see the stock of every product in each warehouse.
- Can I track stock movements? Yes. Every movement is recorded in a permanent ledger with the date, the user, the quantity and the resulting balance. Movements are never edited or deleted; mistakes are corrected with a reversal that records a reason.
- Can I manage products using SKUs? Yes. Every product has a unique SKU, and you can also record a barcode, category, brand and units of measure.
- Which stock movements are available today? Today you can record opening stock and reverse a movement made in error, and raise purchase orders to suppliers. Receiving goods against purchase orders, stock issues, transfers between warehouses, adjustments and stock counts are being built next.
- Can Inventory integrate with the BizOps360 Store? Not yet. Today the Store keeps its own optional stock count. A connection where Inventory becomes the stock authority for linked Store products is planned; until it ships, the two do not share stock.
- Can I manage stock used by Education and Healthcare? Inventory products can already be linked to the Healthcare medicine catalogue. Stock for medicines needs batch and expiry tracking, which arrives with goods receipts. A connection with Education is not built yet; any physical items can of course be kept in Inventory on their own.
- Can multiple employees access inventory? Yes. Access is controlled by roles. You decide who can view stock, record opening stock, reverse movements, see stock value, enter purchase prices or approve purchase orders.
- Can I track low-stock products? You can record a reorder level and reorder quantity on each product today. Low-stock alerts that use them are planned and not available yet.
- Does Inventory support inventory valuation? Yes. Stock is valued with the moving weighted-average method per product and warehouse, and only users with permission can see the figures.
- Can I use Inventory without the Store module? Yes. Inventory is a separate module and works on its own. You can enable it with or without the Store.
